About Us
Homestead & Co is a small shop with a deliberately short list.
We carry five things. Not five hundred, not fifty — five. A candle warmer that melts wax without a flame, a reading lamp shaped like a small friendly ghost, solar lights for the path to your door, a quiet humidifier that glows, and a pair of pillow covers soft enough to matter.
Why so few?
Because most online shops are catalogues, and catalogues are exhausting. Somebody has to decide what's worth your money, and we'd rather that be us than an algorithm. Everything here has been chosen for one reason: we think it earns its place in a home.
If something new turns out to be genuinely good, we'll add it. If something stops being good, we'll drop it. The list will stay short either way.
What ties it together
Look at the five and you'll notice a theme. They're all about the end of the day — warm light, softer edges, a calmer room. That's the part of the day we care about most, and it's the part we shop for.
